The Tarida chair by Newgarden brings a sculptural aesthetic and smart functionality to any space. With its geometric contours and modular nature, it adapts easily to both indoor and outdoor environments. Available in two options—armless or with integrated armrests—it offers the flexibility to create everything from minimalist seating zones to cozy lounge arrangements. The crisp white finish and structured silhouette add a refined, architectural feel to patios, terraces, rooftops, or interiors.
Made from ultra-durable polyethylene, Tarida is engineered to endure harsh conditions. It's resistant to UV rays, temperature swings, and everyday wear, all while remaining lightweight and easy to move. Whether placed outdoors year-round or brought indoors for a modern accent, Tarida is designed to last.
Two Configurations for Any Layout
The armless version has a streamlined shape ideal for modular groupings or open-concept spaces, while the version with arms provides additional support and definition—perfect for individual seating or more intimate corners. Both versions measure 77 x 59 x 66 cm and share a cohesive, straight-edged design, allowing you to combine and arrange them effortlessly.
Integrated Lighting for Added Ambience
For an elevated experience, choose the version with integrated LED lighting. Built discreetly into the base, the system offers RGB + white colour options and is powered by a solar panel with rechargeable battery backup. Enjoy up to 30 hours of soft glow on a full charge, controlled remotely and activated automatically at dusk via the built-in twilight sensor. With its IP65 weatherproof rating, this light-up version is ideal for illuminating outdoor settings—even in humid or wet conditions.

- The Tarida chair is IP65-rated, meaning it is suitable for outdoor use and can safely withstand light to moderate rain. However, during heavy rainfall, storms, or prolonged exposure to wet conditions, it is recommended to bring the chair indoors or cover it with a waterproof cover. While the IP65 rating protects against splashes, it does not offer protection against long-term water exposure or water pooling. To keep your Tarida chair in optimal condition, avoid leaving it outside during extreme weather.
- This product comes with a charging cable, but without an adapter. The charging cable has an USB connection. Use the adapter of your mobile phone, a Newgarden adapter or connect the USB cable to your computer. Adapter max. 5 Volts 2 Amp. If you charge your product with an adapter that does not meet these conditions, this may affect the delivery time of the battery.
- First charge must be a minimum of 8 hours.
- Do full charges so as not to shorten the life of the battery.
- Do not store in winter in an unheated space.
- Use lukewarm water and neutral soap. Don't use any cleaning agents containing chemicals.
- Product colours may vary slightly from those shown on your display.
