Shikha
The co-owner and driving force behind Havnhom, Shikha brings energy, creativity, and business savvy to every aspect of the company. With a passion for design and strategic leadership, she ensures each project exceeds expectations. When she’s not leading operations, Shikha enjoys exploring innovative ideas and finding unique solutions for clients to bring their visions to life.
For some well-deserved R & R, Shikha can be found practicing yoga, taking walks by the beach, or spending quality time with her two girls, Sai and Mira—whether it’s cuddling up for movie nights or cooking up something special together.

Vic
A visionary leader, Vic heads our home automation division, blending cutting edge technology with design. His expertise in smart home systems allows him to seamlessly integrate comfort and functionality into every space, ensuring modern, tailored living experiences. From lighting, climate and audio / video control to security and smart shading.
When he’s not revolutionizing home tech, you can find Vic on the golf course, perfecting his swing—or perhaps dealing out a winning hand at poker. Either way, he’s always strategizing for the next big win.

Karen Anne Low
As the creative force behind Havnhom, Karen leads with vision, intuition, and a deep love for design that tells a story. With a background in visual merchandising, interior design and product design, she brings a refined eye and bold imagination to everything she does-from high concept client projects to the curated offerings in our showroom. Karen guides the creative direction of the showroom with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with clients and our in-house team to bring ideas to life in fresh, thoughtful, and visually compelling ways. Her ability to bridge the worlds of function and beauty is at the heart of our showroom’s identity.
Outside the showroom, you might find Karen hunting for some design inspiration at a flea market or enjoying some live music at an interesting local Venue.

Joanna Garneau
Joanna has a talent for turning ideas into beautifully livable spaces. She’s all about the details—balancing style and function to create designs that feel fresh, thoughtful, and completely personalized. Whether she's selecting finishes or refining floor plans, Joanna brings clarity, creativity, and heart to every project she touches.
And when she’s not deep in design mode? She's probably curled up with her dog, Sadie, recharging with cuddles and good company.

Ellie Allen
The heartbeat of our studio, Ellie keeps everything running smoothly—whether it’s organizing team schedules, coordinating logistics, or making sure the coffee never runs out. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for coordination, Ellie brings structure to our creative chaos.
Equal parts problem-solver and people-person, she is the go-to for everything on the office side. Her calm presence and get-it-done mindset makes her an essential part of our daily flow—and our culture.
When not keeping Havnhom in top shape, you’ll likely find her relaxing at the cottage, spending time with family, or tackling the latest DIY project.
